We are well-equipped to handle a wide range of artwork formats, including vectorized files such as .PDF, .AI, and .EPS. In case you don’t have access to these files, rest assured that we can also work with rasterized art files like .JPG, .TIF, and .PNG.

Yes! Unless it’s an exact reorder, you will always receive a digital proof of your item, which you must approve before we proceed with production.

We understand that you want to ensure that your order meets your exact specifications. To help with this, we can create a physical sample of your chosen item, printed with your chosen imprint. If time allows, we highly recommend requesting a pre-production proof, as this will give you the best idea of how your items will appear when produced in mass. Please note that pre-production proofs may incur setup costs in addition to the cost of the item, and may add an additional 5-10 business days to the ordering process to allow for factory setup, production, and shipping. However, we do not recommend pre-production proofs for exact reorders, orders under $1,000.00, or rush orders. If you would like to request a pre-production proof, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that some of the products we offer may incur ‘set-up’ charges such as screen charges or die charges. Please note that these charges are not related to any artwork, but rather to the creation of specific screens, dies or other necessary items that are required for imprinting your unique logo onto the product.

Our company has a minimum order policy for all items available on our website. The minimum order quantity applies to both blank and customized merchandise.
