Will I see a proof?

For crystal glass ornaments we email you a digital proof within 24 hours and print after you approve it. For name embroidery and engraving we use the text and options you enter. For photo-based items (pet portraits, line-art frames), we'll email you if your photo isn't clear enough to work from.

How long will it take to arrive?

Production takes 2–4 business days. Free standard shipping then usually takes 6–12 business days to the US and 7–9 to Canada; Express shipping ($9.99) usually takes 5–8 business days to the US and 5–7 to Canada.

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

We ship to 11 countries: the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Switzerland, Norway, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.
