Enter the name or text in the box on the product page, choose your options (color, size, thread color) and upload a photo where the product asks for one. Please check spelling carefully — we make exactly what you enter.

Will I see a proof?

For crystal glass ornaments we email you a digital proof within 24 hours and print after you approve it. For name embroidery and engraving we use the text and options you enter. For photo-based items (pet portraits, line-art frames), we'll email you if your photo isn't clear enough to work from.

How long will it take to arrive?

Production takes 2–4 business days. Standard shipping ($5.90 per order) then usually takes 6–12 business days to the US and 7–9 to Canada; Express shipping ($9.90) usually takes 5–8 business days to the US and 5–7 to Canada.

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

We ship to 11 countries: the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Switzerland, Norway, Israel and the United Arab Emirates. Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, within 2 hours of ordering — email [email protected]. After production starts we can't change it.

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

Tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to send it back. See our Returns policy.

How do I care for embroidered items?

Spot clean or hand wash cold, and air dry. Don't iron directly on the embroidery.
