2. Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email your order confirmation. We may decline an order (for example, because of the content submitted) and refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

4. Your content

By uploading or entering text, photos or logos, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that they don’t infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights or break any law. We don’t print trademarks, brand logos, copyrighted characters, hateful or adult content, and may cancel and refund orders that contain them. You give us permission to reproduce your content only to make and deliver your order.

5. Previews and colours

Product images and personalisation previews are digital mockups. Printed colours, placement and texture may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

7. Product use

Our products are designed for adults and are not intended for children aged 12 or under. Follow the care instructions on each product page.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the consumer laws that apply to you, including the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
